Celebrating a Centenarian! Happy Birthday to WWII Veteran Lieutenant William Hirsch!

Delaware County’s Military and Veterans Affairs Director COL. Arthur Jenkins was honored to join the community in celebrating the 100th birthday of WWII Veteran Lieutenant William Hirsch on February 15.

To commemorate the celebration, COL Jenkins presented Mr. Hirsch with a resolution from Delaware County Council and a “Delco Strong” challenge coin.

Mr. Hirsch is a longtime Delaware County resident and is a well-respected and well-loved member of the community.

We wish him a very happy birthday!
