Position: Supply Service Coordinator
Department: Magisterial District Courts

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm at 40 hours per week
Salary: $12.62 hourly
Under general supervision of the First Assistant Administrator and/or Office manager for the Administrative Office:
Maintain Inventory for all office supplies and legal forms.
Assist in preparing and/or processing purchase requisitions, check requests and repair requests.
Receive and complete purchase requisitions', check request, and verify complete and accuracy of forms.
Receive shipments of office supplies, legal forms, etc, including unpacking and examining items and inspect merchandise for damage. If items are damaged, missing, etc, notify the appropriate vendor of problems.
Record and document appropriate information on all invoices.
Obtain authorizing signature on purchase requisitions and check requests.
Receive, fill, and deliver the monthly supply orders for all District Court locations.
Drive the County provided van and fill with gasoline as needed.
Review the supply and forms inventory and prepare list for ordering.
Perform various other duties including assisting the coordinating of court moves, mergers, and moving of furniture and office equipment.
Perform other related duties, as required.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Good math skills.
Minimum typing skills.
Valid drivers license.
1 year shipping and/or receiving preferred.
