Demographic Data

Home / Departments / Planning Department / Demographic Data

Delaware County Planning responds to requests for, and makes available, various demographic datasets.

Reliable demographic data is vital for community planning. Because the wealth of data available can be overwhelming, the Planning Department keeps up to date with recent data releases and disseminates datasets at varying geographic levels (countywide, municipal, block group, etc.). Most of the datasets you will find here come from the Census Bureau’s Decennial Census, American Community Survey (ACS), and Economic Census programs as well from Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry (unemployment data).
