As a County Casework Supervisor, you will ensure the implementation of all federal, state, and county local procedures for individuals living at home or in agency-supported living arrangements. In this position, you will be providing direct supervision and monitoring of caseworkers (Support Coordinators) to ensure compliance with County, State and federal regulations, policies and procedures. Your duties will include participating in and providing documentation for quality assessment and improvement activities, Support Coordination Organization Recertification, human services initiatives, federal and state protocols, and other activities identified by the leadership team. Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. After you have completed six (6) months of employment and have regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Upper Darby.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
