The Office Manager/Administration Office is responsible for overseeing and supervising the support staff of the administrative office.
Oversee and manage the support staff of the administrative office.
Receive and process all attendance information for all staff in the District Court System.
Assist in the planning of proper coverage of the District Courts.
Maintain all personnel files for all district court staff.
Prepare and process all recusals and change of venue requests and submit for processing.
Train new clerical staff pertaining to the operations of the admin. office.
Prepare and submit scheduling paperwork and payment requests for all the senior magisterial district judges.
Organize and coordinate the scheduling and rescheduling of all district judges for the Minor Judiciary Continuing Education Program.
Receive the constables yearly Information and submit to the Administrator for processing.
Type and email/send office letters, memorandums, correspondence, etc.
Perform other related duties, tasks, special projects, and administrative functions as required.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in supervision required.
Excellent mathematical and typing skills.
Ability to learn and use a computer.
Good organization and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must have good leadership qualities.
Must have the ability to deal with upset, Irate or hostile people and work well under pressure.
