The Program Coordinator, Grant Management serves as the primary liaison for grant management within the Division, bridging communication between the programming team, Division Administrator, and Grants Manager. Ensures grant reporting requirements are met and facilitates grant-related communications under the Division Administrator's direction.
Liaising between programming team and Division Administrator on program-related details.
Liaising between Division and Grants Manager on fiscal matters.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of grant contracts to ensure compliance with contract and deliverables.
Tracking grant program status on behalf of Division Administrator.
Non-financial grant reporting.
Coordinating with Programming team on grant budget-related matters.
Participating in grant programming status meetings.
Working closely with Division Administrative Assistant and programming team to identify grant-related purchases.
Additional duties as assigned.

High School graduate or equivalent plus two years relevant experience.
State or Federal Grant coordination experience preferred.
Experience with Intergovernmental Agreements preferred.
Project coordination experience.
Considerable knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
Considerable knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly productive team.
Exercises good judgment, courtesy, and professionalism in dealings with others.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, computational, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to utilize personal vehicle to travel to points away from the normal work location to fulfill the obligations of the position.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with a wide range of persons.
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.
Ability to follow protocol, procedures, and established guidelines.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend at the waist, and talk or hear. Occasionally, the employee will need to reach or work with arms above shoulder height, kneel, stoop, crouch or squat, crawl, climb stairs, twist or rotate at the waist while working; push, lift or carry items.
