Delaware County Extends Saturday Hours for Marriage License Applications in 2020

The Delaware County Register of Wills office will be open two Saturdays per month from 9:00a.m. to noon for marriage license applications.

The office began offering Saturday hours once a month in August to make the process more convenient for couples to apply for marriage licenses.

“My office received positive feedback from couples who found the Saturday hours to be more convenient so we are adding an additional Saturday per month in the hopes of making the process as easy as possible,” said Register of Wills Mary J. Walk, Esquire. “Couples can also save time by starting the marriage license application online on the County’s website.”

Beginning on Saturday, Jan. 11 the Delaware County Register of Wills office will be open two Saturdays per month from 9:00a.m. to noon for marriage license applications. The Saturday hours will be by appointment only. Please call 610-891-4400 to make an appointment. No appointment is necessary for marriage license applications Monday-Friday. Marriage record services will not be available on Saturdays.
