Findings of a report analyzing the operation of George W. Hill Correctional Facility released


The Delaware County Board of Prison Inspectors held a special public meeting on June 20 in the Delaware County Council Public Meeting Room to present the results of the Phoenix Group 2018 analysis. In 2018 the Prison Board commissioned a study by the Phoenix Group to analyze and evaluate the operation and management of the George W. Hill Correctional Facility, located in Thornton, PA.

Findings from the 27-page report was presented during the public meeting. After the findings were presented the public was invited to address the board and audience.
