The findings of a public health study for Delaware County have been released. Delaware County Council and The Foundation for Delaware County and will host a virtual Public Health Town Hall on August 20 at 4:00p.m. that will include a summary of the findings of the public health study, an update on COVID-19 and plans for a new Delaware County Health Department. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend this free event. There will be a panel discussion, followed by Q&A session with residents.
In 2019, Delaware County hired Johns Hopkins to conduct a study of the public health needs and services in the County. Those results were recently finalized and will be presented during the Town Hall.
