The Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA) in collaboration with the Delaware County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is hosting a New Year’s Program for the Health of It!

Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry. Followed by our New Year’s Resolutions to eat better, lose weight, and exercise more in 2023. Join Danielle Burke, Licensed Registered Dietician and Nutritionist to discovers the way to focus on good foods and habits to add – rather than what we believe we must take away to be healthy in the new year.
