The mission of Delaware County’s Department of Juvenile Detention and Rehabilitation Services (JDRS) is to ensure public safety while promoting a positive social change for justice involved youth by:
- Providing Trauma Informed Rehabilitation Services
- Leading with values that promote equity and wellbeing
- Maintaining an uplifting, safe, and secure environment for highest-risk youth
