We do not process adult passport renewals in our office. Please have all of your forms completed when you arrive at our office. Failure to complete our forms and/or have the proper documentation can result in longer wait times. Passport services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday – 8:45 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and Saturdays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – from 9:00 a.m. until noon (except where noted below).

The Passport office provides a passport photo service for $10.00 (includes two photos).
Please review the Passport Fees section of the U.S. State Department website to determine the cost of obtaining or updating a passport. Note that the $35.00 fee for the County of Delaware, as well as the photo fees, must be in the form of a cash or a money order. The U.S. State Department will accept a personal check or money order for its fees. We do not accept personal checks for the County fees (the $35.00 processing fee per passport and the $10.00 for passport photos must either be cash or money order).
