Cheryl is a veteran, nurse, and information technology professional with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, information systems and organizational development. She leverages an in-depth knowledge of organizations by leading teams to achieve desired outcomes while promoting trusting relationship and fostering teamwork.
Cheryl began her career as a nurse in the United States Army working on a Cardiac Care Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. During her career she has progressed through a series of roles in Professional Nursing in Critical Care, Education, Management and Process Improvement.
Cheryl currently works for Leidos, a civil, defense, health and intelligence company. She is an incident and problem manager where she leads teams to identify the root cause of problems, implement solutions and share key learnings.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and a Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Informatics from Excelsior College.
Cheryl grew up in Broomall, PA and lives in Newtown Square on Goshen Road with her husband, Michael. She has two daughters, Mia and Sarah.
Cheryl enjoys reading, visiting with friends and family and volunteering her time to help others and our community.
