In anticipation of record-breaking voter turnout for the November 2020 General Election, Delaware County has launched a new Election Hotline with an easy-to-remember number:
The new hotline is staffed by trained employees prepared to answer Delaware County resident’s questions related to the upcoming election, including:
Voter Registration
Vote-By-Mail applications
Mail-In Ballot & Absentee Ballot status
Polling Place locations
Voter Service Centers (locations, hours, services)
Ballot Drop Boxes
Naked Ballots (what are they?)
Deadlines
COVID-19 precautions
Rules regarding 3rd party ballot drop offs
And more!
The hotline is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. – noon.
Voters calling to check on the status of their vote-by-mail ballot can also check the status directly through the Pennsylvania Department of State’s “Election Ballot Status” lookup tool: www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/Pages/BallotTracking.aspx
Voters who wish to speak to someone in-person are welcome to walk-in to any Delaware County Voter Service Center, located in Media, Upper Darby, and Chester. More information, including location and hours of operation can be found here: delcopa.gov/vsc
