What is a Voter Service Center?

A Voter Service Center is an official County election office—staffed by employees of the County and managed by the Delaware County Bureau of Elections—that provides voting services and materials to Delaware County voters:

Voter registration services for new voters and those who need to file an address or name change.
Mail-in and absentee ballots (applications and on-site processing. Registered voters can apply, receive, and cast a mail-in ballot during one visit.
3rd party ballot-return applications (Return of a ballot by anyone other than the voter is prohibited unless the person returning the ballot is rendering assistance to a disabled voter or an emergency absentee voter.)
Polling place confirmation and vote-by-mail status verification

The mission is to provide Delaware County voters all information and services they need to participate in the electoral process.



Our Media Voter Service Center

Delaware County will be operating a single Voter Service Center for the November 8, 2022 General Election.

This location remains open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
