NOTICE: In order to help all deadline filers, starting at 2:30 pm on Tues., Oct. 29, voters in line at any Voter Service Center will have the following options:
Delaware County offers four Voter Service Centers for voters who need to obtain a mail/absentee ballot or replacements.
Only the Voter Service Center at the Government Center in Media will be open on Election Day (Nov. 5).
The Voter Service Centers in Upper Darby, Chester, and Glen Mills will close on Nov. 4.
Voted ballots cannot be returned to staff at a Voter Service Center. Voters must use official Delaware County drop boxes or the U.S. Postal Service.
