How to File a Complaint

Home / Departments / Consumer Affairs / Weights and Measures / How to File a Complaint

Dear Consumer,

Consumer protection is a critical issue with the Delaware County Department of Weights and Measures. Your local weights and measures inspectors work behind the scenes to protect consumers, businesses and manufacturers from unfair practices and to ensure equity in the marketplace.

If you believe you have experienced a violation concerning any weights and measures transaction, you can register a complaint with our office. Upon receipt of your complaint, our inspectors will investigate and contact you with their findings.

If you have any questions, or require assistance in completing your Complaint Form, please do not hesitate to call us at 610-891-4866.

Sincerely,

Tonya Haman
Director
