The Delaware County Regional Emergency Medical Services Office is a regional advocate and partner that provides support and assistance to EMS services, EMS personnel, hospitals, and other emergency responders within our county.

The Regional EMS Office offers guidance to navigate the provisions of the Emergency Medical Services Act and pursuant regulations on issues such as training, ambulance licensure, receiving facility accreditation, medical command authorization, treatment and transfer protocols, mass casualty preparation and coordination, quality improvement, public education, data collection, and complaint investigation.

The Regional EMS Office administers certification examinations for Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics and other emergency responders.
