Delco Revive! - Learn to save a life with Narcan, test strips, and training

Delco Revive, a program coordinated by the Delaware County Health Department, is paid for through the Opioid Settlement Fund. This program focuses on education and distribution of prevention materials to organizations, schools, businesses, and individual community members throughout Delaware County. This program disseminates Narcan, xylazine test strips, and soon, fentanyl test strips as well as Stop the Bleed kits to schools and businesses that complete the training.

Delco Revive also implements:

Narcan training

American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR training

Stop the Bleed training

Currently, DCHD has Narcan and xylazine test strips available for distribution. To request those items, please call our Wellness Line at (484) 276- 2100



For more information and assistance, the Delaware County Health Department Wellness Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to responding to phone calls, the Wellness Line also responds to email inquiries.
