Homeowners Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program
Affordable Housing:
Assisted Housing Inventory - Since 1992 Delaware County has invested more than $28 million through HOME Investment Partnerships, Community Development Block Grant and local Affordable Housing Fund Program resources for the development of affordable housing units.
Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) - Operates Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs throughout Delaware County.
Chester Housing Authority (CHA) – Operates Chester Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs.
Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) -provides a free and easy to use service to residents searching for affordable apartments in the Commonwealth. Information can be searched by city, county or zip code.
