Candidates must complete and follow the instructions listed on each form, including signatures, in order to be in compliance with Pennsylvania State law.
Completed forms should be submitted to the Delaware County Bureau of Elections by mail, email (Campaignfinance@co.delaware.pa.us), or in-person at the Government Center Building, 201 W. Front Street, Media, PA 19013.
