The Delaware County Elections Department has created a new dedicated email address for all Military and Civilian Overseas voters (referred to as UOCAVA voters) to ensure the secure transmission of applications and related materials. This email address also provides a direct, dedicated communication channel for questions and answers common to such voters.
UOCAVA email address: UOCAVA@co.delaware.pa.us
This email address should be used by UOCAVA voters when submitting FPCA applications (aka, Federal Post Card Applications) and for all election-related questions.
