Delaware County Elections has completed the preliminary processing of write-in votes for the Nov. 2, 2021 Municipal Election.

These votes have been compiled in a downloadable PDF that can be reviewed by the public here: Write-In Vote Totals – Nov 2, 2021

Note that the candidate’s name is often written on write-in ballots with a variety of spellings and abbreviations (e.g., Cathy Jones, Kathy Jones, Katherine Jones, Katherine A Jone, K. Jones, etc.). Candidates who believe that the outcome of their race may be affected by the small number of write-in votes that may not have been applied to their total can petition the Delaware County Board of Elections to “accumulate” these variations, abbreviations or misspellings through the submission of a Cumulation Request Petition form.

Cumulation Request Petition

Petitions can be submit in person at the Bureau of Elections at the Government Center Building, 201 W. Front St, Media, PA 19063 or via email at: DelcoElection@co.delaware.pa.us

The deadline for this petition to be filed with (received by) the Delaware County Board of Elections is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tues., Nov. 30, 2021.
