To register in-person to vote, simply visit one of Delaware County’s Voter Service Centers and submit a completed voter registration application by no later than Monday, October 21, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. to vote in the November 5, 2024 General Election.
If you do not have a voter registration application, simply go to any Voter Service Center and pick up a voter registration form (available in English and Spanish). You can also download a paper voter registration form [English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese], complete it at your convenience, and drop if off in-person at the Voter Service Center.
Note: Remember to bring your PA driver’s license or PennDOT ID if you have one. A Pennsylvania driver’s license is not required to register.
If your voter registration application is approved, the county registration office will send you, via non-forwardable mail, a Voter Identification Card within 14 days of your application. If you do not receive a card, you can contact the Voter Registration Office at (610) 891-4659.
Voters can pick up a blank voter registration application form from many locations. Examples include the following:
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) photo or driver’s license center (Find a PennDOT location near you)
U.S. Post Offices
Public Libraries
State Liquor Stores and other state agencies
